Behavioral Health Stipend Program

Uncommon Good’s Behavioral Health Stipend Program (BHSP) is committed to strengthening the behavioral health workforce in the Inland Empire by supporting clinicians who serve our most vulnerable communities.

The BHSP provides stipends of up to $40,000 to eligible Associate and Licensed behavioral health clinicians in exchange for a two-year service commitment in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Associates receive support as they work toward licensure, while Licensed clinicians who provide supervision in community-based settings are also eligible for program support.

Eligible participants include:

  • Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs)
  • Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSWs)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
