Uncommon Good’s college access programming walks students through the entire process of looking at, applying to, and preparing to attend college.
Uncommon Good offers college tours, assistance applying for the FAFSA and scholarships, workshops for applying to UC’s and CSU’s, and guidance on accepting college offers.
Once an Uncommon Good student decides which college they will attend, we hold workshops that teach how to thrive in college. Workshop topics range from budgeting, taxes, and obtaining on-campus jobs, to choosing classes and networking.
The assistance and support we offer our students has allowed 100% of Uncommon Good program graduates to attend college, and we couldn’t be more proud of their growth and achievements.
